Job Title: QC cum Dispatcher

JOB SUMMARY:

The QC cum Dispatcher is a dual-role position responsible for ensuring the quality of finished goods through inspections and overseeing the dispatch of products to customers in a timely and organized manner. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and coordination with both the production and logistics teams to maintain product quality and delivery efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a QC or dispatch role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with quality standards.
• Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP system).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience in the tissue paper, hygiene products, or FMCG sector.
• Forklift operation knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:QUALITY CONTROL DUTIES:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct visual checks, measurements, and packaging verification before dispatch.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products to the QC Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate QC inspection records, logs, and quality reports.
• Ensure that proper labeling, batch numbers, and expiry dates are correctly applied.
• Coordinate with production to address any quality issues or deviations.

DISPATCH DUTIES:

• Prepare dispatch schedules based on delivery plans and customer orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and loading of goods.
• Verify quantity, labeling, and condition of goods before dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products as per customer requirements.
• Generate delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with transporters and track shipment status.
• Maintain dispatch records and logbooks for all outgoing deliveries.
