Description DESCRIPTION: Position responsible to provide direction, communications with all operators while monitoring system performance and making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, minimize service disruptions as a result of vehicle/operator availability and/or emergency situations. RESPONSIBILITIES: General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: · Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles · Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients · Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system · Create and maintain trip manifests · Monitor dispatch board for potential issues · Add, change or delete scheduled stops in planning · Research and resolve client issues quickly and accurately Requirements REQUIREMENTS: · 2-3 years of transportation industry preferred · 2-3 years of customer service experience · Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs · Ability to multi-task · Dependable · Must be able to work evening/night shifts, available to work late afternoon to midnight, available to work weekend shift (must be available both weekend days)
