JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Dispatcher based out of our Innisfil office to help us service our customer base across Southern Ontario. Experience in the construction industry would be an asset - i.e., as a Project Site Coordinator.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous Dispatch experience
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential
  • Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and project
  • Proven ability to work independently while being a team player
Responsibilities
  • Completing all dispatching duties as needed
  • Scheduling of routes and dispatching service personnel to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Performing data entry duties in company’s database
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from service personnel
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Working with the Customer Service and Operations departments to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
