JOB DESCRIPTION: DISPATCHER

Location: London Heathrow

Reports to: Operations Manager

• Take ownership of a flight and coordinate all the activities related to the handling of that particular flight to ensure a safe and on-time performance
• Liaise with various divisions such as ramp, cargo, passenger, catering, government agencies, etc. to collate data and to inform them of airlines standards and procedures
• Be the connection between the flight deck and all airport services
• Ensure that the aircraft has been loaded according to the safety standards of the aircraft itself and to structural and flight limitations
• Dispatch all messages as required during pre and post-flight
• Compile and deliver flight documentation as required by the customer
• You will always promote a professional image. As part of the Load Control Team, you will ensure safe, on-time departures for all partner airlines.
