Communicating problems or errors back to customer service and route managers. Vehicle maintenance, service and safety and assuring DOT compliance with route managers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Assist in supervising and advising route delivery drivers in all aspects of their jobs * Assist in educating route delivery drivers on compliance issues for DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Accreditation * Pull orders for delivery * Dispatch completed orders to route delivery drivers in a timely fashion * Finish orders that require additional work * Communicate errors and problems to customer service and drivers * Audit DOT manifests daily to be sent to the Main Office * Audit and file stop sheets * Retrieve QI information from stop sheets and submit to store manager * Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary * Wage $24-$26/Hr DOE Qualifications * Commercial drivers license preferred * Valid drivers license is required * Extensive knowledge of DOT and FDA regulations * In depth knowledge of home medical products and uses * Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing * Ability to organize multiple tasks at one time * Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations * Familiarity with customer service and medical billing issues * Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally over 100 lbs * Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (i.e processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, etc.) Additional information Norco offers a competitive compensation/benefit package, including: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Health Savings Account (HSA)  * Medical and Dependent Care Flex Accounts (FSA) * Life Insurance provided at no cost to employee by Norco through United Heritage * Supplemental Accident, Disease, and Life Insurance through Colonial Life Insurance * Employee Tuition Reimbursement * 401(k) with Employer Matching * Employee Discount on products sold by Norco Company Description Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
