Description Dispatcher Location: Conroe, TX Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Home of over 750 employees in seven states, we offer driven individuals the opportunity to earn more than just a paycheck! A Day in the Life: Our Dispatcher will manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs. Responsibilities include: Creating and optimizing route sequences Addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies Forecasting and communicating equipment needs Data entry and distribution Continuously improving route efficiencies through regular maintenance Requirements The ideal candidate will have: Strong geographical knowledge Expertise in routing pick-up and delivery drivers and route drivers Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs We Offer: Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities Starting pay: $18.50 - 21.50/hour DOE (paid weekly) Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Monday-Friday (Some shift flexibility, and some weekends) Office environment: Work environment is small-office & relaxed dress code Employer-paid medical, vision, and dental, discounted for family Paid time-off and 401k with company match On-the-job training and tuition reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer At Northwest Cascade, home of Honey Bucket, opportunities are equal for all people (race, gender, age, religion, and identity) through hard work and achievement.
