In-Home Logistics LLC is a new premier logistics broker currently contracted by high-end luxury retailers for facilitating home delivery and white glove installation services to their customers. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a Dispatcher out of our Pompano Beach, FL location. We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergencies. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.

SKILLS

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or relevant position
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods (CAD)
• Fast typing with experience in data entry. Word, Outlook & Excel
• Knowledge of procedures and guidelines for emergencies
• Proficient in English (oral and written) Bi-lingual is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Sound judgment and critical thinking

• Manage multiple deadlines for reporting
• Communicate all daily delivery issues
• Track all delivery team professionals until daily routes are completed
• Update stores & delivery centers of any issues
• Contact customer service for any exceptions
• Scan all dock damage reports and delivery tickets for record-keeping
• Print and build daily route reports and manifests
• Accurately file and retain all delivery documents
• Complete all assigned tasks from management
• Proactively seek solutions for on-the-road opportunities
