  • Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to coordinate multiple drivers, routes, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear, timely interaction with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills, including use of dispatch or fleet management software and basic office applications.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues, adjust plans, and make decisions under time pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping, documentation, and compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, including occasional extended hours, evenings, or weekends as operationally required.
  • Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet coordination is an asset.
  • Knowledge of local and regional geography and trucking industry practices is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, business, or a related field is an advantage.
