This is a full-time on-site role located in Addison, TX. You will be responsible for dispatching jobs to vendors and technicians across multiple trades and ensuring work is completed to standard for our customers. You will be part of a team that manages hundreds of jobs simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through. This job requires significant verbal communication with both clients and vendors, and applicants should be prepared to build quality relationships through their interactions. We are hiring 2 dispatchers due to business growth and Leo partnership. Requirements Experience: · At least one year of facility maintenance, lock, door, safe, access control, security, or other maintenance and construction dispatching/project coordination experience. · Locksmithing or Overhead Door / Dock Door experience is a plus. · Experience with basic project management or costing principles. Successful applicants will have: · A high bias for action and accountability for performance. · Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. · Good communication skills and confidence to speak with our customers and vendors. · Solid computer and typing skills as this position involves computer work in our various systems throughout the day. · Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
