Your tasks

• Independent route planning, deadline monitoring, and replanning in case of disruptions to our own fleet of vehicles in local and long-distance transport.
• Personnel planning for drivers in compliance with legal driving and rest times
• Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations
• Order entry and maintenance in the software program
• Close collaboration with various departments – from order acceptance to handover to invoicing.
• Compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
• Active support of the logistics manager
• Participation in various customer projects

That brings profile

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in dispatching/freight forwarding, ideally in long-distance transport
• structured, organized way of working and forward-thinking
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, resilience, and quick decision-making ability
• Respectful, clear leadership style and intercultural understanding
• Excellent German skills; good Polish language skills, additional languages ​​an advantage
• Driving licence class C/CE is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary.
• Basic knowledge of load securing and knowledge of vehicle types
