Job Description Our company is seeking a qualified dispatcher to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving . Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs. Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism. Qualifications 2 - 3 Years of Experience in the Transportation Industry Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Additional Information What do we offer to you?
