Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
Deliver high performance standards around all aspects of Customer Services and customer processing, meeting the requirements of our airlines and maintaining health and safety to the highest standard. Follow good working practices in accordance to company policies and procedures at all times
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- To ensure our ground handling is delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with the service level standards.Main accountabilities include
- Lead from the front at all times
- Conduct pre-arrival aircraft briefings with your team
- Ensure all team members are following company policies and procedures at all times
- Ensure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed
- Utilise any new technology introduced by the station to enhance the operation
- Taking care of any company property, and reporting any damage to Line Manager
- Airside driving duties
- Embrace change of airline procedures.
- Detailed written reports for delays or any safety incident while in charge of a flight.
