Who You Are: A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Great at juggling priorities and thinking on your feet Comfortable with computers and dispatching software Passionate about supporting technicians and delivering great customer experiences Able to represent Nytech’ s values while working independently or on a team What You’ll Do: Dispatch field technicians based on their strengths and the nature of the job Ensure techs are provided with all necessary job information Assign one call at a time, and debrief after each service call before dispatching the next Track technician activity through “time stamps” for dispatch, arrival, and job completion Verify and manage timecards and technician records Communicate with customers before dispatch to confirm their availability and payment method Input service leads and relay them to system specialists when needed Organize and maintain the on-call schedule for technicians Create weekly written reports to the Service Manager summarizing interactions with techs Provide a tally sheet report weekly to the Sales Manager Review technician performance weekly with management Take ownership of workflow, updates, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation Perform other duties as assigned Benefits We Offer: Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Health Insurance: We cover nearly 100% of your premiums and 50% for your family Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: Generous PTO + paid holidays Bonuses & incentives based on performance Life Insurance, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Continuous training and development for both personal and professional growth A values-driven work environment that feels like family Ready to Join Us?
