SWR Drain Service is one of the most respected family-run firms in the Lower Mainland for plumbing and drainage services.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing/Drainage Service Dispatcher/Office Administrator to join our team. (Must have plumbing and/or drainage dispatching experience - this is not a trucking dispatch role)

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and create detailed work orders
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and assign technicians accordingly
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with field staff to ensure smooth execution
  • Debrief with technicians post-service and flag follow-ups as needed
  • Maintain daily technician schedule and on-call rotations
  • Review customer history and offer preventative maintenance options
  • Provide updates and recommendations to customers regarding ongoing service
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in our system
  • Issue accurate job reports and invoices
  • Follow up on AR, work closely with the accounting team for the financial month end
  • Following up with customers after service was performed
  • Assist with additional administrative or coordination tasks
