Dispatcher – Transport & LogisticsPosition Overview
The Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently scheduling and directing transport operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery of goods. This role involves coordinating drivers, managing routes, monitoring vehicle movements, and communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training or certification preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in transport dispatch or fleet coordination.
• Proficiency in GPS tracking tools and transport management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
