• Coordinate and dispatch internal and 3rd party carriers to and from construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Schedule and monitor the movement of construction materials, tools, and equipment in conjunction with the Yard Foreman.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and site teams to ensure all deliveries and pick ups are on time and meet project requirements.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and document delivery issues, ensuring minimal downtime on construction projects and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transportation laws, and company policies.
• Resolve logistical issues, including delays, material damage, accidents, and unexpected changes in schedules.
• Maintain a real-time dispatch log and provide timely updates to management when necessary.
• Fuel card management, GPS tracking management .
• Verification of invoicing breakdown versus scheduled load .
• Other duties as required
