Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the dispatch of freight, ensuring timely delivery and efficient routing.
Utilize logistics and transportation management systems to analyze data and optimize operations.
Communicate effectively with drivers and clients via phone and email, maintaining professionalism.
Input and maintain accurate records in databases, including Oracle Transportation Management and AS400.
Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation.
