Description Socket is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team! The primary focus of this role is to ensure field technicians are properly scheduled and provide communications for all customer appointments. Including proactive monitoring of the technicians’ work routes to identify possible late appointments as well as assisting technicians with troubleshooting technical and/or billing issues. This is an in-office position.
