We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining efficient fleet management. Duties

• Coordinate and schedule transportation for freight, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status.
• Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery confirmations and driver logs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use GPS technology to track vehicle locations and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Assist in training new dispatchers on operational procedures and software systems.

• Experience in dispatching and logistics operations within the transportation industry.
• Strong understanding of fleet management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems
