In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is an in-office position in Lawrenceville, not a remote position. Key Responsibilities Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach Requirements Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must reside within 30 miles of our Lawrenceville office Preferred Qualifications Experience in the home services industry 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
