We are currently seeking a motivated, highly organized Dispatcher that will dispatch and communicate with our local driver, arranging pick ups and deliveries in Saskatoon and surrounding area.

As a growing LTL/TL trucking company we are hiring for a full time Dispatcher / Warehouse position to join our team based out of our Saskatoon, SK terminal. The successful candidate will be an organized and motivated individual with great people and communication skills, and a team oriented personality. This position requires knowledge and experience within the transportation industry.

• Responsible for daily dispatch of 1 local driver
• Coordinating with Highway dispatchers from other terminals for inbound loads
• Planning and arranging daily pickups / deliveries
• Resolving service and delivery issues
• Entering data / orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Loading and Unloading inbound trucks
• Requirements
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Good-time management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Strong geographic knowledge of Saskatoon and surrounding area
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full time Monday to Friday day shift
• Class 1 license would be an asset for covering vacation/driver time off
