Who we are looking for: You follow processes that help the team run efficiently. You show up on time, ready to go (7:00am–4:00pm or 10:00am–6:30pm, Mon–Fri with occasional shifts on a weekend day if needed). You’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively. You’re tech-friendly and comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook. You communicate clearly — whether on the phone, in person, or over email. You’re organized and can juggle multiple tasks without missing details. You work well under pressure and stay focused. You’re reliable, hardworking, and committed to getting things done right. Dispatch experience (2+ years) is a strong plus, but not required. Able to pass a background check.
