Description Job Duties and Responsibilities Answer customer calls. Create job deliveries and transfers. Accurately complete dispatch log sheets. Accurately Create Sales Orders/Delivery Tickets for Outgoing, Incoming, Transfer and Revenue Jobs. Ensure Requisitions/Purchase Orders are completed completely and thoroughly. Complete repair tickets as needed. Understand the customer’s needs and have the ability to lay out jobs. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualification Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years Fishing/Rental product line experience. Understanding of proper inventory management and controls. Good understanding of Fishing and Rental Product line and associated applications Good organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written. Familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient computer skills Works well in a high pace environment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, squat, crawl and walk; may have long periods of standing or sitting. Exposure to working outdoors and extreme weather conditions. Must have flexibility to work any schedule based on business needs and be on a “on –call” rotation. Ability to clear/pass pre-employment screening, testing and job-relevant hiring requirements.
