We're Hiring – Dispense Technician

We’re a fast-paced, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to delivering affordable healthcare with a personal touch. Our team takes pride in supporting the health and well-being of our local community and we’re looking for a skilled Dispense Technician to join us 2 days a week!

Monday 8am - 4pm

Friday 10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with accurate and efficient dispensing of medications
• Prepare and adjust Webster (dose administration) packs
• Manage inventory, including stock ordering, rotation, and expiry checks
• Perform simple compounding under pharmacist supervision
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
• Maintain a clean and organised dispensary
• Process prescriptions efficiently using LOTS

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a pharmacy or dispensary setting
• Knowledge of medication names, dosages, and dispensing processes
• Familiarity with Webster packing and inventory management
• Ability to follow protocols and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to pharmacy workflows
