Role:
The Dispense Quality & Innovation Manager (South) is responsible for managing all aspects of draught quality, service standards, and dispense innovation across the UK on-trade. This includes oversight of dispense operations, technical standards, asset management and compliance, while also supporting the research, development, and launch of new draught products and dispense innovations. The role will also support the Stadiums and Events Manager on dispense operations at Budweiser events, stadiums and arenas.
The role ensures that all draught dispense activities meet Budweiser Drinks Dispense specifications and customer expectations, while maintaining compliance with health & safety legislation and industry standards. With responsibility for product quality, equipment innovation, and service provider performance, this role plays a key part in elevating consumer experience, improving brand quality and driving efficiency and sustainability in the dispense supply chain.
