What You’ll Do Assemble Hot Top 2 dispensers and components using power tools according to product specifications Meet daily production goals set by the Assembly Manager Test units and parts during assembly to ensure quality and functionality standards are met Complete required daily documentation for testing and production Assist with assembly of parts, fasteners, and sub-assemblies for shipments Identify and report faulty parts or inconsistencies in materials or equipment Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards Support quality and food safety requirements, including GFSI standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using power tools Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skills (verbal and written) Sound judgment and decision-making skills Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining a clean workspace Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive environment
