About the Role As a Dispenser Service Technician servicing our Concrete producing Customers, you will be a trusted partner building relationships, providing technical support and resolving problems that arise growing our market share. As a valued member to the Western Sales team, this position is responsible for installation, calibration, servicing and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants. The role requires a strong customer focus, including providing assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing complaints as required. Key responsibilities include: · Install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants · Coordinate and carry out breakdown servicing, repairs and routine maintenance · Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of issues · Provide on-site training to customers on safe and effective equipment use · Support field trials and assist with product implementation · Work with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaints · Maintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns and actions taken What we’re looking for: Whilst experience in the Construction, plumbing or Concrete industry is preferred, we are open to applicants without experience who have the right attitude, and mechanical mindset!
