The Dispensing Nurse is responsible for creating a welcoming and healing environment by providing quality, sufficient and appropriate clinical services and maintaining high professional standards. As a Dispensing Nurse with BCCS, you will: Are primarily involved in dispensing methadone, a medication long known for its effectiveness in treating opiate addiction. Assists with Intake process Participates in treatment planning meetings. Follows-up on all medical referrals and records actions Facilitates detox entry with proper referral Requirements Qualifications for this position are: Currently licensed registered or practical nurse in the state of Delaware Schedule: Minimal requirement: 2 Saturdays per month - 05:30 a.m. - 09:30 a.m. Additional hours are available every day during dispensing time if the candidate is interested. Pay: LPN: Starting at $30/hour. RN: Starting at $40/hour.

The Dispensing Nurse is primarily responsible for dispensing methadone for opiate addiction treatment while creating a welcoming and healing clinical environment.
