We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our flagship Acton practice. This is a key hands-on role in a commercially focused, high-footfall location — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail, clinical environment and is ready to take ownership of patient dispensing. The role will work closely with the business owner, with autonomy and trust to lead on dispensing and patient care.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy optical retail environment.
• Confident and independent dispenser with strong technical expertise across all lens types.
• Commercially aware and target-focused, with excellent communication and sales skills.
• Able to work independently as the lead dispenser in a high-traffic store.
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to support general practice operations as needed.
