In this exciting and highly visible role, you will get to create and track project schedules for display components and drive communication between project teams and with external vendors. You will get to work on cutting-edge technologies for Apple devices and drive various EE aspects of display modules, including silicon development, architecture, design prototyping and integration, and execution. DESCRIPTION Display EE EPMs must be excellent and effective organizers and leaders driving internal cross-functional engagements and activities, along with managing external suppliers. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule, and be responsible for managing/communicating status and issues along the way. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optics, mechanics, electronics, manufacturing, and supply chain. This position requires an engineering background or experience to deal with fast-paced technical issues and development. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 3 years relevant experience Engineering experience either in hardware design/development, silicon design, or product engineering PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Consistent track record of leading projects and delivering products on time. Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop, and implement new processes. Good understanding of hardware and software integration challenges. Skilled at handling accountability without control; knowing how to identify and drive priorities from among the multiple issues competing for attention. Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with a product life cycle is a plus. Strong critical thinking, detail-oriented, and presentation skills with demonstrated leadership in multifaceted, fast-paced environments. Experience in fast-paced New Product Development Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers. Knowledge of electronics and Optical assemblies
