Das bewegst Du: Du betreust unsere Kunden und übernimmst das Eskalationsmanagement in englischer Sprache. Du disponierst die Kundenaufträge und überwachst deren Status. Du organisierst (Hightech-)Transporte auf dem innerdeutschen und europäischen Markt. Du erstellst Angebote für Kundenanfragen sowie Performance Reports. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Kunden sowie Transportpartnern. Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an Qualitätsverbesserungen und überwachst Prozesse. Du unterstützt operativ bei der Integration von Neukunden und weiteren Partnern. Du begleitest unsere Berufskraftfahrer. Das hast Du auf Lager: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann (w/m/d). Du bringst Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Spedition oder Transportwesen mit (wünschenswert). Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Du hast gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Spanisch (von Vorteil). Du beherrschst MS Office sicher. Du bist sicher und gewandt im Umgang mit Kunden und Transportpartnern. Du besitzt Methoden- und Prozesskompetenz. Du bist flexibel und bereit, bei Bedarf mit versetztem Arbeitsbeginn zu arbeiten.
