Our business moves fast, and we need a highly skilled, experienced Dispositions Manager who can sell locked-up contracts quickly and efficiently.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who already has proven experience as a Dispositions Manager in real estate wholesaling. You should know how to market wholesale deals, find qualified buyers, work with real estate agents and assign contracts in a timely fashion.
The ideal candidate is already familiar with PropStream, Facebook investor groups, investor email lists, and other dispo tools. You’ll leverage these resources to connect with serious buyers, negotiate assignment fees, and close deals fast.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have prior experience as a Dispositions Manager in real estate wholesaling (required)
• Proven track record of assigning wholesale contracts quickly and profitably
• Proficient with dispo tools such as PropStream, Facebook Investor Groups, and investor databases
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and communication platforms
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Laptop, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet are required

• Manage and grow a strong network of cash buyers, landlords, flippers, and hedge funds
• Market locked-up properties to investor databases, Facebook investor groups, and other dispo platforms
• Use tools like PropStream, InvestorLift, InvestorFuse, and FB Investor Bases to generate buyer interest
• Negotiate assignment agreements and maximize profits on each deal
• Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with buyer activity and deal progress
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to understand property details and timelines
