Core Responsibilities Disposition Readiness Partner with Asset Management to prepare properties for sale from an operational standpoint. Ensure resident files, leases, rent rolls, and property records are accurate, organized, and ready for buyer review. Identify and resolve last-mile issues that could delay closing or impact value during buyer due diligence. Operational Polishing Execute short-term improvement projects that boost curb appeal, operational performance, and lease quality prior to disposition. Drive quick wins that enhance overall property presentation and NOI performance. Buyer Support & Transition Serve as the point of contact for buyer due diligence questions, walkthroughs, and inspections. Support seamless transitions by maintaining clear communication and documentation. Stabilization for Exit Collaborate with Property Management and Regional Managers to correct underperformance and stabilize operations prior to listing. Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate What Success Looks Like Dispositions move smoothly through diligence with minimal findings or delays. NOI and operational KPIs show measurable improvement pre-sale. Documentation is complete, accurate, and professionally presented. Properties meet or exceed stabilization goals before disposition. Successful Candidate Profile Experience 2–4 years of experience in leasing, assistant property management, or related multifamily operations. Excellent organization and attention to detail — you catch what others miss. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
