Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Associate with strong experience in commercial dispute resolution and regulatory investigation work. As an experienced Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in an achievement orientated yet supportive environment. You may be working in a similar commercial law firm, enjoy the challenge of taking on certain matters autonomously and independently, seeking guidance when required. The role will involve work comprising a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitration for multinational corporations and financial institutions, as well as regulatory investigations concerning the financial sector. Solid experience in these areas, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills, and an ability to produce commercially astute advice is required to effectively support client's needs in this role. Qualifications & Knowledge You will have: Qualified in Hong Kong and have 5-7 years of post qualification legal experience, preferably gained within an international law firm; Strong technical excellence and experience in leading and managing a diverse portfolio of contentious matters; The ability to act proactively and provide robust, strategic legal advice to clients to ensure that their needs and objectives in contentious matters are met efficiently and professionally; The ability to develop and manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and trainees; Fluent English and Mandarin, preferably also Cantonese, language skills.
