In this role, you will engage with customers daily—whether assisting with travel or lifestyle requests or supporting everyday account needs. You will also receive training and coaching to help you develop your approach to customer service and understand our standards. How will you make an impact in this role? In this position, you will communicate with customers from a variety of backgrounds, working to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. You will learn how to navigate internal systems and processes, and how to use available tools to assist with customer inquiries. As a Customer Care Professional in the Back Office team, your focus will be on providing consistent and thoughtful support across all interactions. This includes responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way, reviewing account information, and identifying suitable next steps based on customer needs. You will also learn how to assess account details and offer relevant information or options that support the customer experience, while helping maintain engagement with products and services. The CEN Nordic Disputes Team is a small team of experts. A Customer who raise a disputed transactions are helped in our team. We strive to deliver an investigation, a resolution, an explanation and increased Customer Satisfaction within set and expected timeframes. Are you the one who will help us solve mysteries? We are looking for a Team Player who is structured and can communicate well both to Customers but also internally.
