You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure we provide the best possible support to our customers. The Role > As a Disruption Investigation Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing disruption information to effectively challenge legal claims. Your role will involve: > Analysing disruption events and ensuring quality evidence is collected and retained > Producing reports during disruption incidents and recording real-time information > Liaising with internal teams to gather supporting disruption information, including root causes and customer welfare measures > Maintaining disruption evidence information databases and documentation for legal representatives > Representing easyJet as an expert witness in court proceedings across Europe What we’re looking for > Strong attention to detail and organisational skills > Excellent relationship-building abilities with a knack for influencing and negotiating > Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint > A numerate mindset, comfortable working with data > Knowledge and experience in aviation is highly regarded > Additional European languages are a plus What you’ll get in return > Competitive base salary > Up to 20%25 bonus > 25 days holiday > BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes > 5%25 pension > Life Assurance > Flexible benefits package > Excellent staff travel benefits Practicalities This full-time role will be based in Luton, we support hybrid working and we spend 60%25 of our time per month in the office.
