JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Position: Distillation Operator

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To operate and maintain the facilities in the Control Room and/or field, through established Procedures in order to produce power and steam safely, efficiently and within the strict environment limits.
2. Routine Maintenance operations as per Preventive maintenance plan
3. Support to Trainings need related to Boiler / Turbine operations
4. Monitoring the Safety conditions and corrective / preventive actions

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• B.E / Dip in Mechanical/Chemical engineering
• Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years minimum of experience in Distillery / Sugar / Manufacturing
• Experience in distillation processes and equipment maintenance is a must
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot distillation processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environmentTechnical certification or diploma in a related field

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distillation Operator at in Benin, Edo State. The Distillation Operator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day distillation processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining equipment. They will work closely with the production team to achieve quality standards and production goals.
