Join us in our Award Winning Distillery! We are looking for a motivated individual to help us in our unique, family-run small business. The chosen candidate for this position will assist with distillery production and operations. The right candidate will be looking for a career in distilling and willing to perform tasks at all levels. You will Be a part of the team in developing recipes and products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the manager to create a work plan to address all production schedules in a timely fashion
• Execute all aspects of spirits production – distilling, blending, bottling, and sanitation of equipment
• Operate distilling equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Develop new products
• Able to give public and private tastings and tours of the distillery
• Keep accurate records detailing both regular production and product development
• Complete monthly stock inventories and report procurement needs when necessary
• Assist with equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work place
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Job Requirements

• experience within the alcohol industry – strongly preferred but not required if you think you are the right person for the job.
