DISTILLERY DOOR SALES ASSISTANT

Nestled among three acres of tranquil gardens on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, our boutique distillery is proudly independent and led by renowned herbalist and distiller Philip Moore. Inspired by the botanicals we grow onsite, we craft a range of award-winning spirits and liqueurs, including Moore’s Dry Gin and Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.
We are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic Distillery Door Sales Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating memorable experiences for visitors and is passionate about fine spirits, cocktails, and hospitality.

As the friendly face of our distillery, you will:

• Welcome guests and guide them through tastings, cocktail classes, and tours of the distillery and gardens
• Host craft-your-own-gin workshops and other unique visitor experiences
• Represent our brand at off-site events, festivals, and activations
• Handle daily operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and stock management
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment
• Uphold all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
