JOB DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team! This role supports our retail shop and tasting bar, with a little bit of everything—from pouring cocktails to helping behind the scenes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable speaking with customers and providing great service
• Experience with or willingness to learn basic cocktail making
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 19+ (to serve alcohol)

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Assist with customer service and sales in our shop and tasting area
• Make and serve cocktails during busy times and events
• Help with cleaning and general upkeep of the shop and patio area
• Restock products, manage displays, and support smooth day-to-day operations
• Occasionally assist in the production area (bottling, labelling, etc.)
