Your Mission As a Distribution Account Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind our distributor network, responsible for: Igniting Growth: Co-develop and execute business plans with partners to drive POS and order growth. Leading with Insight: Conduct QBRs using KPIs to assess performance and define action plans. Empowering Partners: Train and support distributors to become Tektronix product experts. Owning the Funnel: Build a robust pipeline and drive conversion. Elevating the Brand: Ensure Tektronix maintains strong mindshare across the channel. ? ? What Success Looks Like Consistently hitting monthly and quarterly channel targets. Forecasting and managing pipeline through CRM with precision. Building strong, trust-based relationships with partners. Resolving conflicts and ensuring contract compliance. Spending significant time with customers to drive pipeline conversion. ? ? Extraordinary Teamwork Collaborate with Tektronix Regional AMs and FAEs to unlock territory potential. Co-create proposals, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Represent Tektronix at customer meetings, partner events, and tradeshows. Monitor distributor dynamics and provide strategic feedback to leadership. ? ? What You Bring Technical qualification in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a similar field. Understanding of the Test & Measurement industry is a big plus—but not a must. Proven track record in developing distribution and customer segments and driving sales success. Ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer value. A customer-first mindset with strong business acumen. Self-driven, autonomous, and results-oriented with a passion for execution. A team player who thrives in multicultural environments and communicates effectively at all levels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
