Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As a Distribution Account Manager, you will play a key role in expanding IKA’s market presence through our specialist dealer network.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring the successful market introduction of our innovative products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive revenue and brand growth through the distribution channel in your assigned region.
  • Expand and manage the IKA dealer network to increase market penetration.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing partners to strengthen our market position.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets independently, aligned with strategic product group goals.
  • Increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
  • Coordinate product launches with partners and ensure successful market entry.
  • Deliver regular training sessions on existing and new products to empower our dealers.
  • Actively manage dealer relationships and conduct contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Provide technical and application support in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Ensure seamless communication of product updates, pricing, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives, including roadshows, exhibitions, and local events.
  • Host Q&A sessions to address dealer inquiries and support their success.
  • Approximately 50 travel days per year to support partners on-site and strengthen relationships.
