With time in position employee must demonstrate proficiency in these areas. Works under close supervision.

Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for performing tasks in three of the following areas: Picking (using various methods like carousel, PTL, voice picking, or RF scanners), Packing (small order, multi tote, ASN), Problem resolution, and Carrier Sorter operations. Proficiency in these selected areas must be demonstrated over time while working under close supervision.
