Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Develop embedded business relationships with advisory businesses in order to achieve local and Retail targets
  • Preserve the value of Zurich’s in force portfolio, whilst developing and growing profitable relationships with the advisory businesses through establishing systemic relationships, challenging advisers to think about robust processes to deliver better client outcomes
  • Create, manage and have overall responsibility for the external retail protection distribution team campaign plan
  • Work with internal cross-function teams and co-ordinate internal stakeholder messaging with propositions, customer office, underwriting, operations, continuous improvement
  • Create targeted sales initiatives
  • Increase Zurich’s digital following and presence
  • Continuously assess the market and create fresh, relevant content
  • Identify campaign and follow up opportunities
  • Plan, control, deliver and support the central adviser webinar programme
  • Deliver regular updates and collaborating effectively.
  • Quantify the impact and success of these campaigns and initiatives
