Description The Inventory Control Support individual is responsible for accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made. Manages and maintains inventory system. Conducts frequent spot and partial audit of physical inventory. Essential Functions Statement(s): · Assesses inventory reports. · Provides inventory reports to procurement and management. · Management of inventory. This includes pulling short-dates, damaged inventory, product disposition and vendor return. · Implements and maintains processes and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. · Resolves any inventory issues and is accountable for highlighting any potential issues, opportunities to management when appropriate. · Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics are maintained and reported monthly. · Works across various teams to coordinate and complete cycle counts. · Engages with customer service operations to assist in resolving customer delivery product discrepancies. · Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors. · Assists with periodic (annual) physical inventory audits. · Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills: · High school education or equivalent · 5+ years of experience in Inventory Control along with computerized inventory systems. · Must be able to work in a timely and accurate manner with little supervision · Able to work with RF scanning equipment
