Warehouse / Distribution Center Manager
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipping orders.
- Communicates with customer service representatives concerning product shipments.
- The daily management of the flow of products to meet customer requirements.
- Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves issues preventing, delaying or otherwise encumbering product flow to include inventory accuracy.
- Leads regular shift meetings to communicate team progress, forecasts workload, safety reminders and other pertinent information.
- Ensures departmental and company processes, policies and procedures are adhered to by direct reports.
- Responsible for ensuring the training of all direct reports on departmental and company processes, policies and procedures.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Must maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum three to five years managerial experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Must have previous experience utilizing warehouse management application software.
- Must be proficient utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook.
