Compensation: We offer a competitive total compensation package. The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000 and is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in accordance with company policy. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all shift operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and put‑away activities Ensure daily outbound orders are completed accurately and on time to meet established velocity targets Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to maintain peak operational efficiency Enforce safety standards, company policies, and standard work procedures consistently Conduct daily shift start‑up meetings to align teams on goals, safety, and priorities Address quality issues promptly and partner with employees to prevent recurrence Oversee housekeeping and organization to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient facility Manage timekeeping and vacation requests using ADP Support inbound and replenishment activities to ensure inventory availability and flow Coach, cross‑train, and develop employees to build bench strength and flexibility Participate in performance management, including annual reviews and corrective action when needed Secure and lock the facility at the end of the shift as required Qualifications Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands‑on experience At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced distribution or warehouse environment Proven experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklift, order picker, and turret truck Material Handling Equipment (MHE) License required for forklift and order picker operation Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities, with confidence managing priorities and teams A continuous‑improvement mindset with the ability to identify process opportunities and drive positive change Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforce Ability to quickly learn Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or prior experience using a WMS
