Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day distribution center operations. As a Distribution Center Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team, and ensure efficient, accurate work flows and maintaining safety standards in the distribution center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Distribution Center Colleagues to achieve productivity and quality targets. Ensure all operational tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. Monitor labour planning, workload distribution, and shift performance to maintain operational efficiency. Investigate and resolve operational challenges, including order variances, inventory discrepancies, and workflow interruptions. Support onboarding and training for new colleagues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, conducting safety checks and ensuring adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to improve processes, optimize space, and enhance overall Distribution Center performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Qualifications 2–4 years of warehouse or distribution center experience; 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred. Strong understanding of distribution center operations, Workforce Management Systems, and inventory control. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends when required.
