Job Description The Role: Distribution Center Supervisor We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our outbound warehouse team. In this role, you'll oversee picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure orders go out the door accurately, efficiently, and on time — all while creating a supportive and organized work environment your team is proud to be part of. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse operations — primarily picking, packing, and shipping Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Adjust labor and workflow to meet changing order volume and deadlines Champion 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse Train, mentor, and support team members — setting them up for success Monitor performance and provide feedback that empowers and improves Run team huddles and communicate goals clearly Track key metrics like order accuracy, productivity, and shipping timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company Promote a culture of safety and compliance with regular check-ins and trainings Qualifications What You Bring 3–5 years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping workflows Proven experience implementing and sustaining 5S practices Great with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communicator — both written and verbal Confident in coaching, delegating, and problem-solving on the fly Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Why You’ll Love Working Here A collaborative, fast-paced team that gets things done (and has fun doing it) A company with a unique culture and loyal customer base Growth opportunities in a company that values internal talent Work Environment: - Warehouse environment with varying temperatures. - Exposure to noise and moving equipment.
