As Talabat continues to grow and keep ahead of the curve we have launched our very own end-end grocery service across the MENA region: tMart Job Description We’re looking for a Distribution Centre Support to join the team and focus on growing our own DC “tMart” to manage the full operations DC Process by implementing our commercial & demand requirements Pick-pack multi-tasking of activities of receiving, stocking, expiry checks and cycle counts along with the primary job of pick/pack. ● Pick-pack process: Pick and Pack orders as per the process in a precise and a timely manner. ● Receiving: DC Supervisor with the receiving tasks. ● Stocking: Stocking and labelling the products on the shelves in a clear way. ● Expiry Check: Checking expiries and applying rotation. ● Maintaining a neat and clean DC and back area as per hygiene standards - Clean on the go! ● Able to complete daily workload and tasks with limited supervision. ● Develop and maintain product knowledge. ● Job duties and responsibilities may vary by location and additional job duties and responsibilities may be assigned. You may be asked to support your colleagues by helping in other departments. ● Reduce waste and shrink: Pick and Pack orders as per the process in a precise and a timely manner. Qualifications You have at least 1 year of experience in warehousing & DC. ● You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. ● Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools. ● Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills. ● Language skills: Good in English.
Responsibilities
Manage full distribution center operations including receiving, stocking, and precise pick-pack activities. Maintain hygiene standards and perform regular expiry checks and cycle counts to reduce waste.
